First Place in the
P. Buckley Moss State Convention Framing Competition!

Bill, Chris, Anne and Peggy spent the weekend at the
P. Buckley Moss State of Iowa convention in Riverside.

The Galleries that attended were all invited to enter a framing competition that provided pieces for the fundraising auction at the Dinner Dance at the close of the weekend.

Your favorite framing team at M&J Gallery once again brought home the Blue Ribbon for the Popular Choice award and our piece raised top dollar at the fund raising auction!

The P. Buckley Moss Society was established by Moss collectors in 1987 to foster an awareness of the art of P. Buckley Moss and to promote charitable endeavors consistent with her ideals.

Through its work, the Society is able to share Ms. Moss' artistic achievements and to advance her important philanthropic goals. The Society's slogan, "For the Love of Children," serves as a constant reminder of its commitment to help children achieve success. During its 20-year existence, the Society and its local chapters have been directly responsible for raising over $1,000,000 for charity.

With over 13,000 members nationally and in several foreign countries, the P. Buckley Moss Society and its outreach are growing steadily. The Society assists many charitable organizations that deal with learning differences as well as programs which benefit children's health, education and welfare.

Recognizing a need to promote more ways to help children with special learning needs, P. Buckley Moss Children's Charities was established by the Society in 1994 and was renamed the P. Buckley Moss Foundation for Children's Education. The Foundation's mission is solely dedicated to improving the educational environment and learning outcomes for children with learning barriers.
